Super nice room and amazing comfortable bed. Host that lived in the house was very nice.

I wish that the description stated that you must go upstairs in a house to access the room.

Host was very accommodating and respectful of privacy. Even though the room is in a house, it felt very private. Loved the special touches like Kcups, tea, bagels and cream cheese, popcorn, apples and bottles of water. Gorgeous property.

This is a gorgeous B&B in Cameron Park, a peaceful suburb located off Highway 50 between Folsom and Placerville. The guest room is upstairs in a private, soundproofed, large suite with a very comfortable king sized bed. A day bed with a pull out trundle is on one side of the bed, and a large stuffed chair is on the other. The bathroom shower is large and the shower head and water pressure were luxurious. There is a window in the bathroom. There is a gas fireplace with a marble bench, an armoire with a full length mirror, a large flat screen TV with Netflix, a ceiling fan, and a separate thermostat with central air heating and cooling. The room was a bit warm at night in mid October, so I opened the French doors, and the crisp night breeze cooled the room in no time. Though there were a few mosquitos when I was in the pool area, not one mosquito entered the room through the screenless doors. The breakfast nook area has a small table and a hutch with breakfast items, such as bagels, muffins, snacks, fruit, coffee, and tea, as well as a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. For a solo traveler, it was a luxurious, confortable stay. The suite was well appointed with everything a guest could need. Guests have full access to the common areas of the house, but I was so comfortable in the suite, I rarely went downstairs. A few things to note: Kathy is a wonderful host and explains all of the areas available for guest use. The house is sparkling clean, elegant, and absolutely gorgeous. Kathy mentioned she decorates the common areas in the colors of the season, and many families reserve the house for holidays and celebrations. Kathy has her own private living quarters with a master bedroom, living space, and kitchen, and strives to provide guests with privacy and access to all of the common areas throughout the house. The backyard areas are beautiful and serene.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. It was an amazing house and great suite, and felt more private than a hotel stay! My only suggestion is to have a little step stool near the tall bed for guests who would rather not do a little hop to reach it.

The continental breakfast was great. Very comfortable beds and very nice rooms. Enjoy the tub and the peace and quiet place. Kathy was great, she made us feel like home. Thank you Karhy!!!

Don’t like the weather that it wasn’t hot enough to get into the pool.

Absolutely 💯 perfect! Kathy 8s an Angel. She couldn't have been a better host. The property was prestine. So beautiful. The pictures didn't do it justice. We will come back and definitely stay longer. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so special 💗
