Just needed a place to stay for the races at Phoenix Raceway. For that its a great location.

It could be a bit cleaner, but for me it was ok! If your used to 4 star hotels, this might not be your stay.

Upon arrival at the place originally booked (home a few mins away) it was FILTHY. So, I get to this house which is in a gated community, it’s beautiful infrastructure, it has to be at least $120,000 so why someone would buy it just to rent it out and not take pride in ownership whilst doing so is insane to me. In addition, the owner not only got mad that I complained about both properties not being clean/tended to, he got upset because when another tenant rudely blasted his TV, I called booking only to ask that I may be allowed to leave. I wasn’t even trying to make the owner look bad, nor cause conflict with anyone as a tenant blasting a television/slanming doors and otherwise being uncourteous isn’t necessarily the owners fault! When I did so though, booking contacted owner, he in turn texted me wanting to argue like I was wrong again for stating what’d happened and my dissatisfaction with it, and texted me to argue rather than just making sure that I was comfortable/everyone was being respectful and told me next time go to a hotel instead! Lol Back to the dirt, ceiling fan had about a years worth of dust, tub that didn’t properly drain in the private bath, but he just said it drains slow. The garbage disposal in kitchen didn’t work either, so if you’d like to cook rather than order/eat out daily, don’t bother using it.

Everything. Maybe take some communication courses. No need to be rude when a person simply vocalizes issues.
