First of all let me just say… WOW! In my 23 years of living and 7 years of solo traveling the country, I have NEVER had a more delightful stay AND HOST! I came from New York to spend my 23rd birthday here in Tampa. First of all everything is pretty much SPARKLY white. Like cleaned to the T. Definitely 5⭐️ quality. Linens were so very clean and comfortable! But into my ACTUAL STAY. Idek where to start! Just again THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING MARLON! So, I’ve never celebrated my birthday before, like EVER, so it was imperative I have a good time. Thanks to literally Marlon my host, and a cool Uber driver I met, I had the best birthday EVER! Marlon is such a nice gentleman. When I had offered to make a cheesecake for my birthday and share with Marlon and his family, since I was all alone and didn’t know anyone or anything in Tampa, he went out of his way to show me around the town. I told him that since I was alone I wasn’t enjoying any part of my trip and I was honestly on the verge of tears. Marlon expressed to me that he did not want me to feel uncomfortable which is why he gave me privacy. But said had I reached out before, he would’ve gladly obliged to being my Tampa Tour Guide and would love to show me around his city and have me leave Tampa with some great memories! So we proceeded to Golden Corral and then watched night 1 of WrestleMania together where we talked about the wrestlers of his generation like Yokozuna, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate warrior and I also got to show him my favorite superstars of my generation. The following day, Marlon took me to another really cool authentic Mexican restaurant. He even continuously checked on me this morning and assisted me with late check out when I got back to the property at like 6am wayyyy too drunk, vomiting my organs, and missed my bus down to Miami for the rest of my trip.

The only thing I didn’t like was the area but Marlon helped a lot with that. I had reached out to him about 3 weeks prior to my trip and he informed me that a rent a car would be more ideal. I figured Uber was equivalent to rent a car since idk how to drive lol. That was not the case at all! You DEFINITELY need a car lol no questions about that. But if you’re a social butterfly like I am, then you’ll have a friend in Marlon and a tour guide! Also the room is pretty small, but if you’re solo traveling or spending most of your time out of the room, then it should be fine. It’s not TINY TINY but it’s not like big either.

Room was perfect, great value and great location.

A nice cozy little room in a renovated garage of a house in the suburbs. Well cleaned, small but more than enough when not staying in the room during daytime. Hosts are very friendly

Clean and comfortable. The host was very gentle.
