We had a fantastic stay - everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location is super convenient for exploring Hue on foot. The staff was also extremely accommodating and nice!

Nice location that is quiet but in the middle of the area of the city with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. Anything you need or want to set up she can help you do. When we left something in our room she immediately contacted us and made sure it got sent to us multiple hours away the next day. Good AC.

The host is super helpful The rooms were amazing and clean and comfortable Early check in after a long overnight bus

Perfect location. Lý was amazing she helped us get some much needed washing done at an affordable price. The room was clean and bright.

The owner is very kind and friendly. She gave us good recommendations The room is big and clean. There is laundry service nearby. We would stay here again.

In the shower putting the water on hot gave water that was hotter than expected from an American perspective, a heads-up for foreigners could be helpful.

Internet wasn't working for most of our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful! Just FYI the shower is in the middle of the bathroom so everything got flooded whenever you took a shower. This shower disposition is common in Vietnam though so we got used to it

Excellent location for activities with nice restaurants and cheap laundry almost next door. Many bars and tour booking offices in the area. Clean with good air conditioning.

Wi-Fi did not work for us at all. Not a problem for us but to be aware that room may be up a few flight of stairs.

A great location, very clean place, comfortable beds and pillows, we slept well. The most important is that the people are really nice.

Very friendly owner who was always about to help and very welcoming. Great location near to lots of restaurants and walking distance to the Emperial City. Exceptional value.

Only one minor point would be that we had a kettle but no mugs so couldn’t make a hot drink although I’m sure we could have got some mugs had we asked.
