Chau Doc Homestay

La famiglia ci ha accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare ogni spostamento e ci sono stati di aiuto per ogni nostra esigenza. L’atmosfera è familiare e intima, abbiamo cucinato tutti insieme e il cibo era buonissimo. Si può noleggiare una moto. Posizione e prezzo ottimi.

Bellissima esperienza a contatto con una famiglia vietnamita. Consigliatissimo

The family that owns it are so lovely and are the best part of it. You can cook spring rolls with the owner and then have a full homemade dinner. It’s out of Chau Doc but not far on a motorbike which is the perfect way to explore the area.

The whole family was super welcoming and I felt right at home staying here. They made sure that the guests were happy and comfortable at all times. The food was always delicious, and I really enjoyed helping to cook dinner. Điem was especially helpful, giving me good advice on the best sights in An Giang, and I was able to rent a scooter and travel at my own pace. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay, and I'm very grateful to the whole family for their amazing hospitality!

The scooter that I rented had some issues starting, and broke down once. It got the job done though!

Diem the owner was so lovely and friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. You stay in a Homestay to meet people and we had dinner with the lovely two other guests. It was fun

It’s not that we didn’t like anything but people should remember Homestays are noisy and open to the elements so remember you’ll wake up early with the noises of nature. Which we loved. Make sure to follow the address on booking.com not google as google takes you to the wrong place.

All the people in the homestay were very nice and welcoming! They let you hire a bicycle so you can get around the village and see the river, the food was fantastic and you can cook with them in the evening which was wonderful.

For me the main downside was the tour they organised for us. The guide was supposed to speak French and English, I speak both and still couldn't communicate or understand what he was saying, although he was very nice. It was very disappointing because I really wanted to get more information about some of the location and that kinda ruined my stay at Chau Doc as the whole day was very awkward. I stayed in many other homestays in Vietnam and never had that problem before. I wished this homesay would offer better guides.

We had a fun stay at the Chau Doc Homestay. We were made to feel like members of the family and even helped with cooking the evening meals. If you want an authentic experience of how people live in Vietnam then this is it.

Food is delicious and staffs are nice.

The location is quite far, it was hard for us to find the location. The window, they should have curtain.

The most amazing homestay, I felt so welcome, had great food, and loved the area.
