Coast Homestay

My room was great - a choice of three beds! Very comfortable and plenty of space for keeping luggage / hanging clothes. Great location - lots of different restaurants and street food nearby, and within easy walking distance of the seafront. Only 30 minutes walk from the train station, and 45 minutes walk from Nhan Tower.

The shared bathroom is very, very small. Luckily I am quite small and slim but for someone with a larger build, it would be impossible to fit in there properly!

Spacious room kitchen, front yard, making you feel like in the comfort of your own home. The owner coupling are very friendly and enthusiastic to help to sort things out.

I felt very much at home and relaxed. I loved the quiet location in cute side street and loved the spacious front room. I slept really well here. tyn and co. speak some English and it is easy to communicate . they helped me book a bus for my onward journey and I got on very well with the other guests , when they arrived. one of them even took me site-seeing on his bike for the whole day! cam on ban Dien for the ride and cam on ban tin for the lovely stay at your place

Room was large, clean, comfortable. Close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. very nice living room and kitchen. I didn't maximize the space in the One night i was staying there but it was very nice. Fun colorful lighting in the living room as well.

It was a bit confusing on how to get into the property. It wasn't 100 percent clear that you had to contact the owners on arrival. Took about 10 minutes to get in and after a long day of motorbiking it wasn't ideal. But that's very nitpicky. It was a fantastic homestay.

The host was reactive and made it possible to check-in whenever we arrived, because we didn't know when exactly we would arrive. You can use the kitchen.

Usually homestays in Vietnam are not really "homestays", you still are separated from the living of the family. But here, you have one tiny common living space for the family and the guests. We were sitting at the table when we arrived, and the whole family sat on the sofa. We felt like taking their living space... Except for that uneasiness, the room also had several problems: firstly, it was raining hard, and the walls of the room began to be wet in the corners, leading to humidity, fungis, and bad smell. The second problem was that there is no window. Lastly, no bed sheet for the blanket.

It was great value for money and the bed was very comfy.

For non-viatnamese the communication is a little challenging. While the host was very nice and responsive. The check-in and additional queries felt less smooth compared to other homestays.

Clean, cute bed room. The room quality is in associated with price.
