GBThe location was brilliant, not too far from the Old town and it is in a quiet street. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.
Although it is in a quiet street there are dogs and cockerals to wake you up in the morning. Not that the hotel can do anything about that.
DEGood location and very good breakfast. The staff was very attentive, though a bit too pushy. When they ask about your upcoming plans, it’s never out of curiosity, they always try to sell something to you in the next step.
It was soooo noisy. It said soundproof in the description, that is nowhere to the reality. At 6 AM people in the common area start to talk loudly on the phone, children screaming etc. Not very considerate to other guests. Also, my room (ground floor) was very depressing. There were not windows to the outside, but only to the inside of the building, so it was very dark the whole time and no fresh air.

BEThe location was good, the pancakes were good, the room spacious and the host helpful. We could rent bikes and had a good time. There are different hotels with the same name on the street. We found it strange but the hotel is legit!
The aeration of room and bathroom was not so great, it felt a bit damp. For the price it was very fine but it had seen better days.

NZThe hotel staff during the day went above and beyond. This made our stay enjoyable. Close to town but in a nice, quiet area. Breakfast was adequate.
When we arrived the gentleman on reception was very rude. Took us to the room, gave us the key and raced back down to play games on the computer. Every night it was the same.
ITThe villa is close to the night market. The room is very big. The shower pressure is good.
Unfortunately the pillows had a bad smell, the sheets of one of the two beds were stained and there was hair in the other one
USThe folks at the Villa Mavina are role models for the hospitality game. Their recommendations were on-point and led to a number of world-class experiences. The accommodations were spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the location is walking distance from the memory show and old town. If you plan on visiting Hoi An, you would be lucky to stay here. I will certainly be back.
