"The place was total disappointment"

It’s hard to locate the place, no proper reception area, rooms were untidy and not welcoming, and the is a bad smell about the place. Bathrooms are old and dirty. Could not connect to WiFi because it was overloaded by stuff members. Some of the stuff members seemed to have fun in one of the visitors rooms. The gate is falling apart. Bar fridge was not working in the rooms. We could not hang our clothes in the wardrobe because of bad smell. Nothing professional about whole place. I regret my decision of booking this place.
