AN HOMESTAY HUE

Almost nothing, the bed was comfy though. But the room and facilities are not what is listed on booking.com. I informed booking support as well. The room I booked should have been a big room with a private bathroom and a terrace but instead I got very small tiny room without any facilities. So kinda modern scamming. Suggest you to avoid this place. Such a disappointment

I got other room than i booked. Much smaller without a private a bathroom but still had to pay for the Delux room which i never saw. I talked with the owner and told them they could at least bring the price but they didn't accept it and in Reverse offered that we can leave immediately if we are not happy. But i stayed because it was late and I couldn't find another place. Horrible experience.

Absolutely lovely family running a great little guest house in a good spot by one of the smaller rivers that wind through this pleasant interesting city. Very helpful warm and friendly. What more could you want ? Pretty good English spoken aswell.

the host should clean the room, bed and the toilet.

Lien was a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival and making sure we were comfy. She then went above and beyond and made us some yummy savoury Vietnamese cakes and made sure we had umbrellas for the rain. The bed was very comfy and there is a common area with kitchen appliances and places to sit. Free water to refill your water bottles as well so not using excess plastic. A nice quiet guesthouse in a great location. The rooms have comfortable beds with air con and the owners are perfect they'll arrange anything you need; motorbike and bicycle rentals, tours, airport transfers and the best restaurant recommendations.

The owner's little girl kept beating me at chess and Uno 😅
