The lady owner speaks good english, is very helpful and friendly. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet within walking distances to the night market and temples.

This is a special place, where you can really feel at home in Nan. The wonderful owner took care of us starting even before we arrived. There is always fresh fruit and local coffee available, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and include amenities like a fridge, top sheet (which is rare), and table and chairs. The home is beautifully decorated with local art. The location is great, close to Wat Phumin and the night market. We even stayed an extra bonus night :)
