Ritz inn Ella

Really nice place to stay. Staff were super helpful and let us check out late. They can organise someone to take you up to Ella rock for sunrise. Thanks for having us.

This is in the best location so close to the main road. And Michael was so helpful and an absolute gentleman with the brightest smile. The laundry service across the road is brilliant also, so cheap.

The hot water was usually just lukewarm in the morning.

Its near to the ella station and the fabulous cafes but the bed was very uncomfortable the facilities were average there was nobody around when u need them no wifi breakfast was very basic Not a very friendly place

The hotel is budget-friendly, but overall I felt the price was slightly higher than the value offered. The location is convenient, with many popular cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay, although the breakfast selection was quite limited.

Stanza molto carina e pulita, con una bella vetrata. Non distante dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi.

People get deceived with the images and videos available on booking.com The hotel is not clean and doesn’t feel safe.

Mikel was very nice i was upgraded to a bigger room the breakfast was great and all the staff was very kind

Perfect location in Ella town, staff welcomed us and we got an upgrade to our room. The room was spacious and looked lovely!

Unfortunately we didn’t have any warm or hot water during our stay in the sink and shower. It was fixed on our second morning in Ella but when we wanted to shower later that day, we still didn’t have any warm or hot water. The managers were informed and tried to find a solution.
