"Good location for sightseeing and conveniences"

This neighborhood was a very good location. It was an easy walk to the Dune, and just a block or so to restaurants and shops. We were happy to find a place to stay that was affordable - it was rather last minute and all other places in our price range were inconvenient or already booked

I was not aware that I would need to pay in cash and had to find a nearby ATM.
