Siamo arrivati ad Ubud la sera molto tardi a causa di un cambio di programma, nonostante questo il personale è stato super comprensivo e gentile, venendo incontro alle nostre necessità e accogliendoci nonostante la tarda ora. La colazione era buona e la struttura tutto sommato è carina e molto verde, oltre che in pieno centro ad Ubud.

Il bagno non è adeguato ad una struttura di per sé così carina. Si presenta male, sporco, con grosse formiche e la porta di accesso era rotta.

Struttura molto curata e personale estremamente disponibile

Alcune camere sono molto umide e questo fa si che i letti siano sempre umidicci. Le colazioni vengono fatte per singola camera e servite nel salottino privato, ma questo allunga molto i tempi organizzativi

Staff Darma was excellent, quick and efficient...drinking water was provided for my empty bottles...much appreciated..i did not know I need 3 litres of water a day in winter...for hot drinks and teeth cleaning+ to drink all day...the steps were not hard because they had a handrail..the véranda was clean and welcoming. The room was pleasant even if it had a bit of white mould..I left the door open or put the conditioner on... breakfast was appreciated. The warung downstairs was appreciated and her massage very good...the fish soup after it was very welcome and SO NICE 👍

The white mould..a bit noisy depending on wind and direction of traffic...but not overwhelming...I got used to it...it did not interfere with sleep.

Ariks is a gem!!! The staff are wonderful, the accommodation is great - fantastic location - literally next door to a very good yoga studio. I loved the gentle knock on my door each morning when the staff brought my breakfast to my room. I just dropped my laundry at the desk each day and it was back the next day - super convenient. I will definitely be back again.
