Very clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Easy to get to. Not in the main city area so it was not crowded, but easy to get a grab to the city in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

The room is spacious, the bed is soo comfortable, AC is cold enough, and the room is clean and bright The staff are really nice and friendly. I felt very welcomed during my stay and was greeted with a welcome drink. They also checked on me to make sure that they could accommodate my early check in process. I really appreciate that! It was a thoughtful t ouch!

Nothing too major, but the bathroom is a little dim, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door open after we shower so that it dries up.

Nice pool, really friendly staff, perfect to relax and chill. They gave us a good price to rent some scooters. 20 min drive frok the centre. Would stay here again if i was in ubud
