"Wonderful trip"

Wonderful place, very clean and comfort. Dan, the host is a really nice and friendly person. He provided a lot of help and asked what I wanted to drink. If I have time to York again, I will choose hie place first.

"Quiet and welcoming home."

Dan was very friendly. The whole house was very clean and comfortable and we were made to feel at home. Easy access to transport.. only 15 min to town by bus. Enjoyed our stay.

"Nice comfortable house, with easy access to the city centre."

Nice, clean house. Comfortable bed. Good communication with owner before we arrived.

Not much room for parking. The accommodation is a room in somebodies small house. We did not see the owner, at all.
