Akria Bed and breakfast

The property is actually the home of the senaru village head. Very helpful and kind family. Made ne feel very welcome and overall was very comfortable stay. The bed was huge and very spacious room. The family helped me when needed and was really kind. You get free refill of water and free breakfast.

The bathroom is very basic, doesn’t have hot water or the jet. The shower doesn’t work properly at times, the flow of the water I mean. The light in the room I stayed was very dim, there was only one light so it was very dingy. It is a proper home stay so do not expect to meet or vibe with other travellers cause I did not meet any.

I loved how this family welcomed anybody into their home and treated you as a guest as though you were also family. Both hosts were extremely helpful with any questions I had and even gave suggestions/recommendations. I was happy with my room and the facilities so no complaints in that department. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend!

It was far out of the way from things but you should expect that for where you are going.

Close to the waterfalls and mount Rinjani. Got to feel the local like. The host was very friendly, cooked dinner and breakfast (for additional cost)

There was no water and I needed to wash myself, brush my teeth and flush the toilet from the same barrel. The bed was very hard and a could hear a lot of sounds from outside that interrupted my sleep.

We stayed here to be close to our trek. - The owner and his family are lovely and very helpful - Hospitable - Owner spoke many languages - Great breakfast and other food - Location is good - Value for money
