"沒有隔音，浴室拉門很難拉"

隔音很差，隔壁手機鈴聲都聽得到，大便沒衛生紙也聽得到，對面棟鄰居講話也聽得到⋯⋯浴室拉門很卡很難拉

"位置不是很市區的地方、多數人是開車到臺南旅遊而過夜，老闆要經營民宿真的要解決停車的問題，不是要客戶「自己到路邊找沒有紅線的地方」停車，然後闆娘的情緒管控⋯ 不是掛電話就能處理事情"

原本問屋主有沒有停車🅿️老闆說有，結果出去吃個晚餐回來就沒位置了，賣方沒有配套措施，只叫我「去路邊找沒有紅線的都可以停」；我繞了很多趟就是沒位置，我打電話給老闆，結果被掛電話，我再打她有接，我問她：「那花盆佔位的可不可以停？」老闆說她不曉得。 我說：「老闆，路邊只剩下有紅線的地方，那我沒有地方停，也不想冒著會被拖吊的風險而提心弔膽；不然這樣，你的房間我也沒弄亂也沒過夜，反正我沒地方停也進不去，那乾脆不住了。」 賣方只能同意了，然後又掛我電話。
