The Koi Guest House

Has everything you need, in a great location near the beach, kitchenette in reception and rooms are spacious and clean also. Excellent price too and helped us when we stupidly lost the key to the room the same night. Host is super :). We also stayed an extra few nights as it was great value!

Great location, right near the markets and beach front. Lovely staff who were at hand whenever you needed them. Shared kitchen available to use. Basic but great for the price! We extended an extra night.

Due to being in a busy location, it was quite loud. The drain in the bathroom was in a strange place near the door and the water took a long time to drain.

The location is 1 min walk from La Brisa Beach club which was amazing.. the grocery shop was exactly near the hotel entrance.. Staff was very helpful and the place was being cleaned daily..

the sliding door was wiggling.. The washing sink was very very small.. and the worse thing the slope of bathroom floor was moving water towards the small drainage next to the door which makes it hard to enter or exit the bathroom.. you can hear noise from other rooms or from the road More attention is required for cleaning or even replacing

I liked this hotel. It is located so near to the ocean and the whole vineyard of this place is unusual - surfing, ocean energy, tourists, bright sunny light, blue sky etc. The room was clean and comfortable. I opened windows when tired of air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. Good value of money in general. Nothing to complain. One the first floor or near this hotel there is market which is good and generally the hotel location is very good. You may easily to reach place to eat by foot. It was a bit smelling of dampness but it was a bit. Welcome and good receptionists. Nice kitchen where you can drink tea/coffee or simply free water, also there was a refrigerator.
