Great location. Nice facility and clean comfortable room.

It is literally in the heart of town and traffic was a little louder than expected.

Central, value for money, independent place. Comfy twin room with good shower and toilet area. Small with window over side street - there was traffic but not too noisy. Very clean. Good sized seating area downstairs to have tea / coffee and picnics, but see comments about cooking. The other people staying were all respectful and everyone tidied up their mugs / takeaway boxes etc. On site parking very convenient.

Thick walls but could hear snoring / chatting in next door but just used ear plugs. Unfortunate that we weren't allowed to cook - maybe there have been bad experiences with guests not tidying up properly? There is a microwave for heating and a kettle, and a fridge / freezer for storing food, but oven and stove out-of-bounds.

Ardhill House was well located and modernised in a nice way. Visually, it was appealing and it was convenient for spending time in town or using it as a jumping off point to explore more of Donegal.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and very small for two people. The TV in the bedroom was behind the headboard, but there was nowhere across from it to sit. There was nothing in the kitchen other than tea and coffee, and you're not allowed to cook any food - so be prepared to eat all meals out.
