The house was fully equipped, we were able to make ourselves some breakfast. Also the caretakers were really accommodating.

The bumpy and narrow road towards the place. Although it’s not their fault, and it’s also indicated on the listing so we’re fully aware before we confirmed our booking.

Just be sure to check how much you gonna pay if you want to bring your dog or cat with you

It's very far from the city center also the road is not safe to drive if you're not familiar with it

We had a great stay in Zya Transient House. The house itself is spacious, with complete set of cooking ware, strong wifi connection even Globe and Smart both have a great signal. Kuya Caloy is easy to talk to and very accomodating.

Road going to the location but this isn't Zya's fault. I just hope their LGU will also fix the road.

Picture photo from the ad looks nice but very deceiving? Tho’ I give credit to the owner! He did allow us to stay with an extra kid from our total count & did not charge us extra👍

The location was terrible!!! even with a car or van, you could hardly find the place & roads were very tight!! Room was not clean, bathrooms were terrible & hot water was only on the shower but will go on & off from hot to cold! caretaker was not helpful at all
