Diese Unterkunft ist hell und angenehm und liegt wunderbar nahe am Guggenheim Museum und auch an der Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Es gab einen Zugangscode zum Appartement, Wir erhielten via WhatsApp einen genauen Plan wie hier vorzugehen ist. In der nahen Umgebung trifft man auf viele Cafes und Restaurants zum Frühstücken und Abendessen etc. Wir haben uns völlig wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft bei einem nächsten Besuch in Bilbao wieder anfragen.

Location was excellent. Just a couple of blocks from the Guggenheim. Only about 20 min walk to old town and all the fantastic pinxtos bars. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Fixtures were modern and seem to have been recently updated.

Nothing I didn't like but would comment that the room is quite small and the setup is a bit unusual, which the property goes out of their way to explain to guests in advance. For instance, the bathroom is very small and only contains a toilet. The sink is in the middle of the room as is the glass shower. Not an issue if traveling with a significant other, but if not, guests may find it a bit awkward, though there is a shower curtain you can close on the outside of the shower for a modicum of privacy. Not the property's fault, as this is an old building like many in Spain and they made the most out of the space they had. Would have also appreciated a small refrigerator but not a deal-breaker. The location and comfort more than make up for this. Also, not an issue for me as I e stayed in similar properties in Europe, but there is no reception. Everything is done through WhatsApp and you are given a code to access the building. I didn't mind this at all and the management was super responsive and reached out daily to ensure there were no issues.
