Fuimos a Bilbao por la media maratón y a ver la ciudad. El apartamento está super bien. En cuanto a limpieza está impecable, mucho mejor que muchos hoteles. El desayuno es inmejorable, súper variado y con la mayoría de las cosas caseras. Tanto Berni como su mujer son majisimos, la llegada es accesible y sin complicaciones, además nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos salir más tarde tanto del apartamento como del parking, un detalle que no todo el mundo te lo permite. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad y al lado de estaciones de tranvía y bus para moverte. Sin duda no le encontramos ningún punto negativo a esta reserva.

La situation est idéale. Grâce aux explications et conseils de Berni et Julia, nous avons pu découvrir Bilbao et ses alentours facilement. De plus, notre hôtesse nous a gratifié tous les matins d'une spécialité salée ou sucrée lors du petit-déjeuner qu'elle nous préparait.

Comme on habite dans une partie de l'appartement de nos hôtes, l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée.

The location is excellent—right across from the metro station and just a short walk to the central bus station, making it easy to reach the airport and San Sebastián. There's also a supermarket next to the flat, which is very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and offered lovely views of the city. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the breakfast served each morning was excellent. Our hosts, Berni and Julia, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with plenty of helpful tips on what to see and do in Bilbao, as well as great recommendations for where to try pintxos. Thank you, Berni and Julia, for your wonderful hospitality!

This is the original idea of a bed&breakfast put in place. There's one room only available to guests, in the same flat where the owners (Barni and Julia) live, but with very good privacy. There's a big private bathroom just outside the room, with all amenities fully working. Both the room and the bathroom were crystal clear, bed quite comfortable. The room has a magnificent view from the 14th floor, we were blessed by an incredible sunset on our arrival day. Breakfast was so rich, varied and tasty (lots of calories !) Barni and Julia are wonderful hosts, helpful and informative at the highest level, excellent and FAST communication. The building is a 1 minute away from the cable car stop that will allow you to reach the Guggenheim Museum and the Casco Viejo (Old City) very easily. Be aware that this is NOT a hotel or a canonical multi-room B&B, it's a (very good) room inside a flat with own privacy. We would recommend hands down and would definitely return.

Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos. Están muy pendientes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El desayuno es muy completo y casero. La ubicación es excelente.

Run by Julia and Berni who frankly could not have done more to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was superb, room was very comfortable with a really comfy bed. Julia even printed off our airline boarding passes when we were struggling to access the website. Julia is English and Berni also speaks it fluently. Superb hosts and we would recommend this accommodation very strongly.

Information from Booking.com which was delayed and only partly true!

Owners were very friendly. Breakfasts were good and varied. Place was close to the bus station and other transport.
