In primul rand, faptul ca accepta animale de companie, pentru noi a fost factorul decisiv in a rezerva. Apartamentul nr.11 in care am stat, desi este pe partea cu bulevardul, este foarte bine izolat (termopan de calitate!) si nu am avut discomfort fonic absolut deloc. Apartamentul are doua camere, ambele foarte mari, cu paturi de 200x220 cm, si vreau sa mentionez saltelele de pe paturi, care au fost de o calitate exceptionala, ceea ce ne-a permis sa dormim foarte, foarte bine. Intreaga locatie este foarte curata si ingrijita, si aici se vede mana si interesul proprietarului. Absolut toate camerele (le-am putut vedea pe toate pentru ca nu au mai fost alti oaspeti cazati in aceste zile in care am fost noi cazati) sunt mobilate cu gust si materialele de constructie sunt de calitate. Apreciez in mod deosebit amabilitatea si disponibilitatea proprietarului, cu care am schimbat cateva impresii si care mi-a aratat si celelalte camere noi construite de la parter. Recomand cu caldura aceasta cazare in Piatra Neamt.

O singura mica-mica problemuta a fost cu reteaua WiFi, care (cel putin in camera 11) se deconecta din cand in cand, dar nu a fost foarte deranjant.
