As has been said by many people, the owner Saj is very helpful. He arranged Kathakali tickets for us and a car and driver to Periyar and the backwaters. There is an ATM on the premises which is very helpful if you have just arrived in India. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit.

There is a lot of street noise. Our room was at the back of the building so it didn't affect our sleep, but the breakfast area is not quiet.

The hospitality was great.

They could add a few more power sockets to the rooms. Minor thing really

À perfect start to our visit to Kerala. A fantastic authentic breakfast. Saj was incredibly helpful, giving us lots of helpful advice for all of our trip in the state.

Saj and his staff were very friendly. A few mins walk to the main bit of Fort Cochi. Refillable water. Decent shower. OK breakfast. Nice balcony, though over the busy road.

On quite a chaotic busy road, but only a few mins walk to the main bit. Room decor was ok, but not great. WiFi was a bit in and out in room, but generally worked well. A lot of mosquitoes.

The owner was extremely helpful in making suggestions both for Kochi and for our further trip. The room and bathroom were good, clean and nice, the Indian breakfast was delicious

Our stay at Saj homestay was perfect! Saj was so helpfull and knows how to organize a good tour. We booked the backwaters tour and we went to Munnar. It was great! Also the breakfast is delicious, location is great and room is very comfortable and clean :)
