"A pleasant stay in the heart of Kochi."

We loved having a small outdoor terrace and easy access to main sites. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful and dosas were amazing.

"Welcoming host goes over the top to help"

Saj great host .Welcoming and friendly gave great suggestions on places to go , restaurants to eat at which I tried and would also recommend Seagull restaurant on the front . Nice breakfast . Booked 1 night stopped 2 . Central location . Clean . Reasonable priced .

No access to a fridge . Due to a power failure no electricity but not the property's fault just one of those things .

"A quiet and nice home stay at Kochi"

I liked Saj hospitality, very kind man, helpful and caring. He helped with recommendations and attractions. The room was clean, the shower looked like it was renovated recently.

The mattress was a bit hard.

"A place to meet like minded people especially when you’re traveling solo"

Comfortable stay with personalised service from Saj anything wanted to know Saj was there to make my stay stress free. From organising a backwater tour cheaper than anybody. Breakfast was perfect a blend local home cooked food to continental. Would definitely stay here again.
