Dyspozycyjność właścicielki na 5+, życzliwość, bardzo szybko reagowała na potrzeby gości. Wygodne łóżka i mimo małej przestrzeni świetnie zaaranżowany metraż. Mieszkanie w bloku więc ściany przepuszczą wszystko, należy mieć tolerancję na sąsiadów ewentualnie głęboki sen ze stoperami to też jakieś rozwiązanie. Wszystkie niezbędne informacje w wiadomości SMS. Możliwość parkowania na płatnym parkingu doba 20 zł pomiedzy garażami jest stanowisko obslugiwane przez miłych Seniorów. Na osiedlu mało miejsca więc należy szukać bezpiecznego stanowiska tak by lokalisi nie wyrządzili szkód.
