Olsik

The place is family run and offer you a nice surroundings in the middle of the nature. Two German shepherds are freely moving around and are friendly regardless their barking sessions at first when you show up at the fence. Mosquitoe nets are implemented on the windows, which is appreciable for a comfortable and restful sleep. Supermarket is 10min walk distance, same as the bike rental service next by the fuel station (70pln/day) - some travelers told me they got their from for 50pln/day in café close the the orthodox church 15-20min walk from the accommodation. They are providing the necessary for tea, coffee, hot water, with dishes and cutlery. They care to wash then what are used. But no kitchen at disposal.

Check in rules are a bit rigid, in the way I had to leave my bag outside the premise in the car of the owner which is kept open outside...But the place is a village and I would say relatively safe but not common for me to leave my belongings outside! I would have expected to be able to drop my bag inside and maybe being able to use some "common spaces" if needed. But I was left outside, behind the fence untill check in time is starting late afternoon. Also, I tried to get information prior my arrival to organize myself but I got no answer on it, and had to figure it out all on the way. There are no public transport from the closest active train station, Hajnówka, and Białowieża. I hitchhiked boty ways, to come and leave the place. I have been said that the accommodation offering shuttle service, but I had no info! I haven't got the opportunity to try the food proposed, and I neither wasn't informed about it, but other travellers told me is good.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czyściutko. Cena bardzo przystępna.

Olsik to miejsce z duszą, ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat. Podane śniadanie było różnorodne i pyszne. Obiekt położony blisko centrum z dużym miejscem do parkowania.

Super! Za te pieniądze to coś wspaniałego! Powiem ci tak: chcesz jechać nad morze, to jedź do Białowieży do Olsikow!

Atmosfera i tak ekstra jedzenie że szok!

Tutto bellissimo! Struttura familiare, loro sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casetta è meravigliosa, ben tenuta e curata nei particolari. Atmosfera da fiaba, immersa nel verde. Cani bravi e dolci. Consiglio di provare la cena tipica preparata da Agnieszka!
