Lokalizacja super. Łazienka na zewnątrz pokoju, nie wiedzieliśmy, która przynależy do nas, ponieważ kontakt z wlascicielem był ograniczony :)

Very cozy and comfortable room. Not to far from the center and the owners were very helpful and friendly with me.

It was quite far from the city and the curtains were not that dark

Peace and quiet. Close to the center, right next to the trail "pod reglami"

Creaky bedroom door.

1.The location was good- very close to Tatra National Park if you wanted to go for a lovely walk! You had a wonderful views of the mountains in the area. 2. The owner offers lifts to city centre (25zl) as it’s about an hour walk. (Didn’t use it) 3. House was spacious (though not the room) 4. There was parking outside

1. No mention of pets anywhere- my partner is allergic to cats (that walked into our room few times) and I’m afraid of big dogs (luckily one was behind a cage…) I wouldn’t book this place if I knew! The dog was barking at night as well so not the best of experiences. 2. The check in was from 15:00, when we arrived after 16:00 there was no one at the property and after ringing we were told that owner’s daughter is on her way… 3. The room door handles were very hard to open - the spring mechanism was a moment from failure and needs replacing (always getting stuck so you had a feeling you’re locked in or out of the room) and made far too much noise especially when people were getting up to use the toilet at night. Other guest noise was very loud - it was very difficult to sleep through the night. 4. The heating… I messaged the owner about the lack of heating in the room. It was a very cold day and the heater was lukewarm (it wasn’t working properly. 4/5 of the heater was cold.) no reply to the messages. 5. Towels: my towel was stained and had holes, and no hand towel was provided. 6. I know it wasn’t listed as part of contents but there wasn’t even a hand soap available. I bought my own in the end… 7. Some black mould in the bathroom… really could do with a TLC. 8. Overall cleanliness of the house could be improved, and the shoes/boots could be kept much tidier. I tripped over them as they’re just abandoned around the front door. 9. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I also messaged the owner about it. But no reply.

There was table tennis inside. And the hiking trail was very close (100 m), the view really good, national park entrance 15 min by walk on the trail. Spacious common kitchen.

Heating system was not maintained properly, but was still working, so no big problem there.
