Bliskość do centrum; wygodne łóżka; czystosc; bardzo ciepło

Cienkie ściany, słychać sąsiadów z innych pokoi jezeli zachowuja sie glosniej, ale na pewno nie jest to wielki minus. Przecież nie jedziesz w takie miejsce, żeby cały czas siedzieć w domu.
