"Très correct pour le prix"

- Location impeccable à quelques minutes à pied du metro. - Localisation impeccable quant à la possibilité de se restaurer à budget variable et petite supérette à quelques mètres. - Une cuisine à partager qui permet de prendre petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner sur place avec un micro onde. - Le rapport qualité prix : il ne faut pas s'attendre à du luxe. Le logement est modeste pour un modeste budget. - Les espaces communs sont globalement propres mais cela dépend sûrement des autres hôtes du logement. - vidéo surveillance des espaces communs rassure un peu. - On a été reçu avec un petit verre de Porto. C'est sympa. - Draps et serviettes de bain propres. - Et pas des moindres, nous avons trouvé la literie très correcte

- Hébergement au 4eme étage sans ascenseur , donc ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. - J'ai logé dans la chambre n°3 située sous les toits durant 6 nuits. Après avoir monté 4 étages, il faut encore monter un petit escalier étroit et pentu. Pas top pour les personnes de +170cm. - une seule salle de bain (baignoire) pour 4 chambres. Il faut attendre parfois. Contre 2 wc. - la déco n'est pas moderne, un peu vieillotte. Mais à chacun ses goûts !

Ubicación perfecta, muy accesible.

La máquina de cafés no estaba muy limpia, se podría tener más cuidado con eso.
