My experience at Catinho da Lena was good. It's a quiet place and very clean. Perhaps the only downside was that there was practically no staff to answer any questions about the place. Overall, everything was fine, and it's close to the airport and the city center. I liked it! I recommend it.

Horrible!!! Unsanitary!!! The linens were unwashed and unironed!!! Everything was dirty! All the dishes in the kitchen were covered in grease! In the morning, when we went into the kitchen to drink coffee, there were cockroaches!!! 🪳 I haven't seen them in years!!! We couldn't sleep all night. We slept in our clothes. We just ran away early in the morning. Dogs (the permanent residents') barked half the night, and then the child cried until the morning. This place was advertised as a hotel. But it's a private apartment. Permanent residents, the owner, live there, and guests come and visit. This is the worst day of my entire travel life!!!
