Location into Sines (close to oldest city Center & main street) Strong Wi-Fi Patience from the owner seen I got at least 1h delay from bus Self check-in/out

There is not TV on the structure Entrance door often wasn't close properly

"We didn't stay!"

Unfortunately absolutely nothing. On the Booking.com site there's just a photo of the room but there are no photos of the building itself nor its surroundings (which is very deceiving) and now I understand why, if there were any photos of the building and its surroundings, I wouldn't have booked it in the 1st place as the room it's situated next to a rundown area (R. da Boavista, 7520-144 Sines, Portugal).

We booked this on the same afternoon we got there, when I went to check the room I noticed lots of stairs and no lift, my husband who's partially disabled tried to go to the room but couldn't because of the amount of stairs (on the site says it's on the 2nd floor but the room is too far back in the building with a lot of steps. Also it is not as near the beach as it claims to be. When I contacted the owner to advise him that we were not staying and why, he didn't offer any other option nor a refund.

"Good value for the price"

Good location even though the owner told me around the area in the night there were many drunk people (I didn’t see/heard anything) The room is quite spacious The owner is nice, welcoming and helpful Good price

Shared bathroom (even though it was clean and free most of the time) You hear the noises from the rooms next to yours

The place was cozy, not far from the beach, the owner was welcoming and kept the whole space clean.

The bed was creaking a little and a second bedside table was missing. A lock to the bathroom would have been nice.
