When i showed up at the hotel at 15:30 the dook was locked. The gate was closed and nothing happend when i rang the doorbell. I called the hotel twice and they did not pick up. I waited at the front for half an hour while trying to contact booking.com. after half an hour i left and waited till booking would get back to me. Booking also wasn't able to reach the hotel so i had to find another hotel at 16.30.

Clean and located near the spa

Nobody was there to give us the keys and nobody explained what we had to do before we got there. The family dog was very pleasant, though.
