Nice room at good location close to beach and night market. Parking right in front of the door. Check-in was friendly and quick. Free coffee and fruit provided.

A bit of noise from cars.

Mainly the location and the interior of the room. I also extremely appreciate for the flat screen Smart TV. It’s very nice!

Lacks a little interaction with the owner, although it’s not a breakfast and bed, would appreciate more interaction. But it’s just me, it’s also fine without.

The hotel is closed to the night market. It is rather a self-service apartment with shared kitchen The beds are comfy.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Hotel is well located with attractions in town within walking or cycling distance. Staff were helpful and contactable via the Booking.com chst function. However there are no staff on the premises. The staff are at the sister hotel 3 minutes away. Definitely a recommended hotel in Hualien!

we check with hotel if they impact by the Hualian earthquake and they provide us the answer is NO. when we reach the hotel, we notice the collapse building is just nearby and Hualian earthquake still on going. If the hotel can tell us the truth of the situation, we would not take risk travel to Hualian as the earthquake still continue!
