We had a wonderful stay at the June June House. All the staffs that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful and the space itself was so comfortable and welcoming. We wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t do much research of the city prior to coming here. And turned out that we didn’t really need to, because they already prepared the most thorough guide of the city in forms of excel sheet and a physical map that maps out all the local sightseeing spots and good food. After a day of activities, it just felt so nice to return back to such relaxing and comfortable space. We would definitely come back here again if we were to visit Tainan.

We stayed 2 nights in May in the Double Room on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and well designed for even longer stays. Bedding was confortable and roll up curtains were useful for blocking out daylight. The renovation of the old building was very successful as we really had all necessary and modern amenities (toiletries, shared kitchen, balcony, washing machine). Air conditioning and elevator was definitely a major plus ! Location was perfect for us : very central and easy to walk around. We were provided with a nicely illustrated walking guide to the neighbourhood which we used to explore the area. Lots of eateries, restaurants and sightseeing spots around the area. Bus connections to the train station or the high speed station are within 5 minutes walk. Communication was very fluid and easy with the staff through Line. Once arrived, they welcomed us warmly and showed us all the attention points of the house. On departure, we had a nice polaroid souvenir for our time.

Nothing really ! Just a warning for light sleepers. As the building is old (although the interior is well renovated), noise-sensitive people may be bothered by the noise level in the early morning or late evening when there are some traffic on the main street (which is at the end of the alley where the house is located). It wasn't a problem for us as it was generally quiet enough for us to fall asleep.

Very clean, spacious, and well designed. We had a great stay at the B&B. The hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful - they gave us so many different recommendations for food and activities, with extensive written guides.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They not only made their own map of the immediate area, which is super convenient to access restaurants, bars and sightseeing, but they spent them time to suggest us some fantastic options! They asked why we wanted to visit Tainan and because we said we came to eat, the staff sent us a bunch of additional options for local eateries to consider. The space itself was very well decorated and very comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again when we return to Tainan.
