Very friendly owner. Clean, lovingly furnished accommodation. Parking right outside the door. Washing machine available.

The owner is very accommodating. The room is well-maintained and there is no odor from the pillows through the quilt. I love 106 homestay. 😍

Can't expect much for that price. It was a fair deal.

Too far from town center or train station and buses run too infrequently. Had to wait for 30 minutes or longer. Taxi's charged different prices from the train station and refused to use the meter as they complained that they could not get any customers at return due to the location.

The owner was kind and helpful. He explained the house rules well and also accommodated to us. I really appreciate that there was actual shower rooms in the house. I also appreciate how the doors are all with passcodes so we don't need to bother with keys. There is not much around the area but there was a delicious breakfast restaurant around the corner as well as two convenience stores. The central city area is a good 20min walk on foot, it's a nice stroll but going by car is probably better.

Landlord prompted a change in our room after we booked. he told us he will upgrade our room. the new room has a bigger toilet, better for our child. however, the room he gave us was so much smaller. No mountain view. no balcony. and the toilet wasn’t even that big. no bidet spray as well. the worst part about the stay was the other guest who has been staying there for awhile, took our laundry out from the washing machine, and left it on a chair. I came to collect the laundry within 30mins after the washing is done. simple knock at our door would have been good. they also hogged up the space/poles for hanging our wet clothes. we had to hang everything in our room when there were only 3 hangers provided.

Friendly owner. Rooms are clean and spacious. We managed to park at the only lot in front of the house. There is a food street a short drive away.

Location is not within walking distance to food street.
