老闆跟老闆娘為人親切慷慨，一樓是水果店，主人家相當大方的免費分享水果給房客們，不是必然，其他房客可能不一定有這樣的機遇，但我們很幸運的遇到了！

有不遵守規定的房客在房間內或是浴廁內抽煙導致排氣系統散發到我們房間的浴廁內，很臭，在不對的地方抽煙的人很沒水準。
