"入住當天寒流，卻完全沒有熱水。當晚在不同時段嘗試開熱水十幾分鐘，依然只有冷水。當下以訊息告知店家，但因時間太晚未得到回覆；隔天早上情況仍未改善。 隔天退房時得到的回覆僅是說因為台電停電一小時，瓦斯開關是用電的，忘記重新開啟，並口頭致歉，表"
