CP值很高，價廉物美，房間雖然小了點，但該有的都有，整潔舒適；房間外就有公共冰箱可以用，三樓外陽台還有二台洗衣機與晾衣架；老闆服務熱心親切，電視沒辦法看時，帥哥老闆就快速幫忙處理解決，只要房間已經打掃完畢，入房時間多能彈性調整，我第一次上午10點前就入住，一樓門口旁就有飲水機，在暑假炎熱的金門隨時補水很重要；唯二缺點就是冷氣有點小吵，還有住宿地點若開汽車要停到外面空地，機車才能騎得進來，另外，門口有一隻很親人的梨花小貓，叫他都會回應。
