Great location and warm and helpful staff. Room was very big with a large balcony & also had a big comfortable bed.

It’s right on the street but fortunately it wasn’t noisy.

Friendly owner. Very spacious room and very clean. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the building though, since ours was located at the front and we were woken up by the garbage truck every morning. But it was still a great stay!

Breakfast is at another location, a five minute walk away, that only does take out. It’s fine but good to know beforehand.

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was as described, can communicate with Grandma using Google Translate. Location close to bus stop and pier, breakfast received using coupon at nearby shop/cafe, 1 toast or omelette/pancake + drink. We were satisfied with our stay overall, good value to quality ratio.

The neighbors were a little noisy since they had kids, but overall it did not bother us too much, that is to be expected anywhere.

Adorable room. Comfy bed. Very clean. They provided a bottle of water daily and free breakfast. Great shower. Convenient location near the bus stop.

No elevator so make sure you can lift your luggage up 1-2 flights of stairs.

I was surprised at how tastefully the room was decorated given its location. Grandma Yu is very personable and helpful with local recommendation. She gave us a coupon for about 35% discount with the boat tour. It also provides 35% discount for bike rental but we decided to use the "round the lake" bus instead. There were bottle waters and coffee provided in the room. The breakfast is about 10-minute walk from the hotel and it is takeout only. Overall, we really like this facility and highly recommend it.

Take-out breakfast from a small kiosk down the street. It was OK, but not up to Grandma's standards.

Very convenient location. The room is clean and big. The breakfast, even you need to pick it outside the hotel, is really good.
