SGRoom - was very big and spacious, with two separate tubs in the bathroom, clean, comfortable bed Service - at check in, we were ferried on a buggy to our room with the staff giving us a briefing on the room and facilities Common hot spring area - spacious with many choices of different pools (cold, warm, hot, massage water jets)
Common hot spring area - on our first visit, after 20 mins, the attendant came to us and insisted that we had to wear a swimming cap. As we did not have one, we had to leave the premises. We then had to buy two swimming caps from the front office for NT100 each. So we went again the next day, with our swim caps. And saw some other people wearing shower caps. If we had known that shower caps were acceptable, we could have just taken them from our room. Without having to spend the money on the swim caps just for one time use (we do not have any further use of it). What a waste!
