隔音太差 半夜樓上使用廁所噪音太明顯 水龍頭一開 就像自己房間的水龍頭打開一樣 洗完澡 地板全是水 這點也不喜歡

隔音不佳，連隔壁開水龍頭都會有馬達的聲音，對淺眠的人不太友善🥲

上2樓的樓梯沒有雨遮，（因為剛好碰到下雨），另外樓梯旁邊掛了太多植物，妨礙行走！
