有提供一次性的盥洗用品

起初與客服諮詢，原先說有電梯，也因為他的這句話我們的行李帶比較多一點 但最後幫我安排到其他地方後，提供給我的是沒電梯的位置，最後向客服詢問是新進員工提供錯誤資訊給我？旅宿業一個最簡單的資訊問題就能夠犯下這種低級錯誤？ 最後提供的地方附近皆沒有停車場，我們走非常遠的地方才找到停車，最近的停車場至少也要走8-10分鐘，真的很誇張。即使便宜請資訊提供正確，這樣只會讓人誤導。
