Nice host. Good property. Big bed.

Possibly needs better prevention of water leakage from the shower.

The hostess was nice as far as we interacted

Water on the floor saturated a suitcase requiring extensive remediation. No air conditioning as advertised. Disturbed by other guests very early. Tiny shower. Seedy addition to a house and was not appealing. Hot water fluctuations made showing uncomfortable. Vastly overpriced.

Centrally located near the event I attended as well as several features, restaurants and trails in Sedona. The place was quiet, clean and delightfully "Zen" as advertised.

Convenient parking and supplied coffee.

Spider webs in the bathroom and general mustiness.

The location was fabulous! Close to everything, including Thunder Mountain and Stupa Peace Park. Seeing the view of Thunder Mountain everyday, was a bonus. Kathy was super responsive, and even offered a free meditation session.

The shelves and bathroom were dusty, and had cellar spiders and their webs over the bathroom sink. The dishes needed to be rewashed. You could only microwave vegan food, no meat, seafood, or eggs, so I couldn't reheat my Thai food leftovers. The toilet wasn't working half of the time (Kathy was aware and was having a Plummer come after I left). The guests next door were very loud, even during the quiet hours (10p-7a). But Kathy messaged them and quieted them down.

Not a good property for the money paid . No hot water for shower Didn’t take the shower. No one in the premises to ask for help.

The house is located in a very friendly and harmonious community, this quiet and comfortable house has a very nice landlord, she prepared a convenient and comfortable room for tourists, and wrote that after 10pm please keep quiet, because the house is Harmony House. People with better quality will consciously observe and maintain, but sometimes other people will destroy the peace here.

The studio was so clean and peaceful. It had everything nesesay to be comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with enough cooking tools to prepare your own meals. A relaxing sitting just out the sliding door. The area is so quiet that you breathe tranquility the 24 hrs. I00% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place at Sedona. And for sure, I'm looking forward to coming back another time.
