Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable grâce à la disponibilité et la réactivité des hôtes. Ce sont des amours, vous pouvez leur demander tout ce que vous souhaitez et ils se démènent pour que vous l'ayez. L'hôtel est situé au calme de Hoi An et franchement ça fait un bien fou loin des tumultes du centre ! La chambre était spacieuse et silencieuse. Une pépite ! Un immense merci pour tout. "great location and very helpful staff!"

great location very close to the buzzing markets. stay was comfortable and extremely clean. they were helpful with an early check in and laundry services. we rented bikes and could easily wander around the town.

the room had very little ventilation.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Agua caliente y buena ducha. Muy buena ubicación. Muy tranquilo y cómodo. Supongo que tener recepción toda la noche ayuda a que se mantenga el silencio. Se puede ir paseando al centro histórico y ponen un mercadillo nocturno a 100 metros. Tiendas y servicios en todas partes.

Recomendamos a los clientes de Booking que tomen capturas de pantalla de la habitación que reserven. Parece que aquí, en Vietnam, es habitual cambiarte de habitación. Nosotros reservamos, con toda seguridad, una habitación con balcón y nos dieron una con ventana a una escalera. No pudimos demostrar nada porque en la foto de la reserva ponen una imagen del hotel y con decirte que esa era nuestra habitación se termina todo.¿Alguien puede creer que hubiéramos reservado una habitación con vistas a una escalera?. Pero lo cierto es que, más allá de sentirnos engañados, el hotel está muy bien. Sólo comentamos para que futuros viajeros se aseguren de lo que reservan.

A beautiful hotel in Hoi An. The staff are wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The location is central to bars & restaurants especially the Madam Lau's restaurant and Hoi Ans famous street markets. A beautiful location in a very beautiful City 😍

Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt und die Lage war sehr zentral, sodass man innerhalb 3 min an der japanischen Brücke war. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig. Zudem gab es eine nette Einführung über Hoi An beim Check in.
