"Sewage smell in rooms"

The rooms are small and smelly. The room we got first smelled horrendously. After we complained we moved into another room which at least had two windows which improved things a bit. But the bathroom still had horrible sewage smell. It seems like the plumbing lacks working syphons.

The owner allowed me to check in late. The room was lovely and private en-suite with good facilities. The staff were lovely and it was a good view
