Nam Nhung Tam Coc Homestay

I had a great stay at Nam Nhung Tam Coc Homestay. Nam, Nhung, and the cute litttle dog, were most gracious and helpful hosts. The Homestay is in an excellent location in a quiet side-street. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Sites are within easy cycling distance and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nam and Nhung also helped with my laundry and travel arrangements.

Owners are so nice and helpful, bed was comfy and facilities were good! The free breakfast was also very nice!!

+ Spacious and cool room + Location + There is a fridge in the room, as well as other necessities + Conveniently enough power outlets, one on each side of the bed. + Breakfast is included in the price, but is very basic + Staff is always around (you probably will have to use translating app) + A cute and small dog always greets you cheerfully ♥️ + Possibility to rent a bicycle or scooter. Or even order a masseuse to your room. + There is also a fan in the room so you dont have to use AC. + Safety: Very safe since the owners are always here. + Walkability: Location is perfect. You can easily go and have a walk around the city.

- Privacy is poor since the only windows is located towards the outdoor area. - They don't accept cards (Visa, Mastercard) as a payment method, even though many booking sites say so. - The air conditioning cannot be adjusted practically at all. It is either on or off, there’s no drying mode or anything else and the temperature cannot be adjusted. - The water in the shower only stays warm for a few minutes.

Good location away from any noise of the town, but only a short walk to get to everything. The room was spotless and there was hot water, clean towels were given half way half way through our stay. The owners were so welcoming and made us breakfast even though we slept through the official time schedule, even made me fresh orange juice because i didn’t want a hot drink. Also a friendly dog on the property. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The owner were very friendly and helpful. The communication with the help of Google Translate worked well.

The breakfast is quite small for German standards, it's more like a French breakfast. But it's freshly made.

The owner of the B&B is very kind and hospitable. We stayed with our two children and they took special care of our children. The hostess provided us with all the information we needed. The room was very clean and the environment was quiet. The location is very good. You can reach the city center as soon as you walk out. This is my favorite B&B since I came to Vietnam. I recommend it.

Great stay!! Room was so nice, spacious and clean bathroom. Breakfast was prepared at the moment and so delicious. Also coffee was very good. Their cute dog welcomed us. Very nice and warm family. Really recommend this stay. Also you can rent a bike from them. Best stay so far! And very centric close to Tam Coc wharf.

Lovely owners who were very welcoming. Allowed us access to the room early to sleep when we got a bus arriving early in the morning. Breakfast really good. Bike hire great for exploring the area.
