Nam Nhung Tam Coc Homestay

I stayed here with my mother got a couple of nights. The family who own it are absolutely lovely and always on hand to help. The location is fantastic too- you're very close to town but just outside the busy area. The room was big and the beds were super comfortable.

We had one of the old rooms and it was really quite damp and musty. There always seemed to be mosquitos in the room no matter how many we killed so I thunk there's a hole somewhere in the room or bathroom where they keep getting in.

An amazing hospitality. Such a caring family. Even though they didn't speak English we managed to communicate via Google translate PERFECTLY. feels like being part of their family. Took care of everything we needed, with a great smile. Definitely recommend!

A very enjoyable stay in Ninh Binh. The owners, Nam and Nhung, have a created a very welcoming and homely space. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our home cooked breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed playing with their very cute dog who greeted us every morning with great excitement. Although the owners cannot speak English, we were able to communicate well through google translate and they were very helpful with making itinerary recommendations and assisting us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Like most places we stayed at outside of major cities in Vietnam, we had to wait 20 minutes for the water to heat up prior to showering.

Our host was really kind and helpful, always with a smile on her face. We came during the Tet celebration and everything was chaotic especially for transport, she was really present in helping us finding a way back to Hanoi. Our host doesn't speak English but the communication was really smooth through Google translate, never had a problem :)

Lovely family who run this place who can't do more to help :) They offer a laundry service, bike rental, great breakfast included and can cook you dinner. You have to stay here if you visit Ninh Binh. Just a short walk into town. Felt like a home away from home! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Location is very good They rent you bikes for a little extra charge They are very friendly (don't speak English but Google translate solves this problem) Breakfast is decent The room is big and new (good linen, towels, etc)

There is no shower curtain, so the bathroom has water all over the place after shower

Very friendly Owner Couple that help you to enjoy your stay at their property. The room was very veryyy clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. I got ill during my stay and the host really tool great care of me and was there when i needed something. Definitely worth the money.
