Nhà An Đà Lạt

Staff was excellent to my family throughout the entire stay. Can't say enough about how much they made us feel welcomed. We traveled in a large group, each person had a couple pieces of luggage to haul upstairs and the staff helped us carry our luggage up which was really appreciated after our long day's worth of traveling. The owner was quite exceptional with her service as she assisted us in booking bus tickets for our next long venture after Đà Lạt. I thought that was very kind of her and goes to show that the staff is very knowledgeable about the area and are willing to help in any reasonable way. Communication was superb from the beginning to the end -- before our stay, during, and after to make sure we made our bus on-time. The rooms were nice, clean, and large. Nice decorations and furnishings in the rooms. Plenty of amenities for us during our stay. Bathrooms are clean and modern. I have an affinity towards hotels that have a glass shower enclosures that separates from the toilet, so this place gets my approval. Overall, great value for our group. Highly recommend Nha An Da Lat. Would book it again if we're in the city again.

Not a big deal, but the location could be tricky to find at first because it's located downhill on a very narrow alley, but once you find it, it's not an issue. The location is great. The washer was pretty inaccessible for us because there was only 1 washing machine serving multiple rooms. We didn't have a chance to use it during our brief 3 day stay because other guests were using the washer and also had their clothes drying on the clothes line.

Da Lat had my heart. The fabulous spring like weather, the cool fresh air, the feeling of a hill station, the food and the people. But above all was our homestay in Da Lat. Hosted by An, the property is very high on aesthetics, the interiors of the room, the quality of bathroom fittings, storage areas but above all, the price point was very hard to beat. An doesn't speak English and we don't speak the local language but that did not deter An from offering excellent hospitality and customer service. She checked us in before time, offered us our complimentary water and even booked us cars for local sightseeing and airport drop. All through the magic of google translate and her kindness. She even helped us with the washing machine since the instructions were hard to read and ensured all our needs to looked after. The property is very close to great restaurants, the city center, the famous Da Lat lake and local sightseeing areas. There's a massive French influence in the city courtesy the fact that it was the summer capital of the French until the 40s and one shouldn't miss out on coming to Da Lat which is truly magical and offers a great respite from the tropical heat in Vietnam. And if you do drop in then, you must stay at An's beautiful property.

Homestay is very clean and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable. Host is extremely friendly. My luggage got stuck in the airport and host supported to take it.

Very cosy and clean room. Friendly and caring owner who was very accommodating of my requests. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely choose this place if I come back to da lat again. Convenient location next to an amazing noodle shop.
