The owner is really friendly and welcoming, the place is very clean. They give you pho or banh mi for breakfast and help you get around the nearby attractions. The pool is under the shade during the day and the water stays cool even during hot days, and the whole place looks really cozy. I'd definetly come back if I'm ever around again.

The AC faces the bed, and during night it's a bit difficult to sleep with it. A wind deflector would probably help with this.

Amazing and helpful hosts, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. Location is great for the major attractions in the city and we had the ability to rent motor- or bicycles for a small fee for the day, making it easy to drive around. Would stay here again if I ever come back.

Spotlessly clean modern bungalows with great aircon, a fridge, and a fan in the room. The bathroom is also really clean and modern with a hot shower and excellent water pressure. The small resort has a clean pool, and they do a very generous breakfast in the morning as well as a laundry service. You can hire a bicycke or scooter onsite and can also arrange tours and transport for your onward journey. The owner and his family are really welcoming and friendly. They're always happy to offer advice and do their best to ensure you're enjoying your stay. The location is really good for exploring the nearby attractions. Hang Mua cave and mountain is within easy walking distance. Hoa Lu Ancient capital, Trang An and Tam Coc are easily reachable by bicycle or scooter. If you dont fancy riding a bike or scooter then its very cheap to get to these places using Grab. The resort is excellent value for money and would happily stay again.

Lovely place, located in a perfect spot 5min away from Hang Mua Cave! The owner is lovely and the breakfast was delicious! They rent scooters on site which is super useful to visit Ninh Binh. The little bungalows where super comfy and shower with hot water. Would go back if I could!
